Cingular roll over plans

Is Cingular the only network that offers roll over plans? I think this was the best thing they did! I'm surprised that they offer this, because just think of all the money they made on overages by their customers.

What do they do when the rollovers amount to too much? If you go over one month, chances are you'll go over the next as well, and it will all add up. Do you get stuck with a huge bill at the end of the contract?

Rollover minutes are the greatest! During the summer, I'm at a college campus for 6 weeks and we're not allowed to bring cellphones. So my rollover minutes built up. As a result, I haven't gone over because of my rollover minutes. Since I'm still using rollover minutes, my 1100 minutes per month get added to my rollover.

Yeah i really like the cingular rollover plans but as every new deal occurs in one network the rest follow along, so you can find this plan with most of the networks.

I love the Rollover plan as well, great job for Cingular. Isn't there another network that copied them already? Wasn't it T-Mobile? I thought I saw a commercial a while back for it, but maybe not.

Aren't there weird restrictions for the rollover minutes? I seem to remember reading about some weird restrictions on how you can use your extra minutes.
