You have got to be kidding (no pun intended)!
That would annoy me a lot. I would advise you call your operator, or better still the telephone watchdog (regulator) company. |

I have heard people sign up random people's phone numbers to those BECAUSE they charge money. They do it to annoy people. Good luck getting rid of it!

Get a new sim card, you can often get sim cards free. Just transfer your phone book over, then your sorted. lol

There are often sites on the internet where you can enter the number of these services then go on to find out how to stop it and also get your money back. This kind of activity is illegal if you didn't consent to joining it. Plus they should have an unsubscribe bit on the message.

Well that's not good at all. I would be so angry. I would go to the provider and get my money refunded, if that's possible lol.

I'd definately be looking into who's responsible for this. There has to be some message of who is billing you or who is sending the jokes. I'd contact them and, if you can't get through there and get hold of someone, definately contact your provider and complain.

Return a text message to the joke company (when they send the next joke), label the message STOP. Most or all of those cell phone scams remove you from there list this way.
