Sim Only Pay as you go with itemised billing

I am new here, so hello to everyone and I hope you can help.

My employer doesn't give anyone mobile phones, but you can claim back any calls you make using your mobiles. There are three problems with this, firstly, I don't pay for an itemised bill and the amount I could claim would be less than that cost, secondly I free minutes, so don't know how much the calls cost and finally I like to keep work and personal life seperate, so I don't want my mobile to become my work's mobile!

So, I have an old mobile phone and want to get a SIM only deal, that charges me nothing for getting the SIM, is a pay as you go, so I only pay for what I know I can charge back to the company, and finally I need to be able to get an itemised bill - even one I can go online and print out is fine - so I can charge my employer.

I have tried to find something like this but am not having any luck due to a mixture of poor sales handlers and some networks not seeming to do this.

Anyone have any ideas?
