Well Done O2!
My faith in human nature has been restored.
Having been the victim of unsolicited premium rate reverse charge texts I made a complaint through the ICSTIS. I also wrote to O2, my network provider, to express my concern and furnishing them with details of sender, dates and times pointed out that they were also profiting from this scam. To my surprise Ian from O2 rang me tonight and in the course of reassuring me that it was not a common event refunded my loss and gave me a hot line number should it be repeated. Thank you O2 |

my experience with o2 so far has been good too, when i lost my phone they sent me a replacement sim card without any charge, for the 2 years since i have been with them i have never been billed for services i have not used (unlike orange), and the customer services have been helpful.

02 have a good history of customer service.
