Kcom hold Myriad innovation workshops
Kcom, part of the KCOM Group, recently held a number of workshops with their Channel Partners to demonstrate the flexibility and advanced features of Myriad, its inbound service platform.
The interactive workshops gave customers the opportunity to get a real feel for how the technology can help them deliver a better service for their customers.
Amy Grimston, Key Account Manager at Weston Communications, said: “I thoroughly enjoyed the Myriad workshop. It was a very interesting morning that gave me a much better outlook on how we can integrate the platform. The training was brilliant and I now have a much better understanding of how it all works. At a glance, the complex solutions can appear a bit daunting. However after the workshop it all seems a lot simpler. I can go back into my business and explain how we can be getting the most from Myriad and look at how we can improve the way we deliver our service to our customers.”
Mike Wilkinson, Channel Partner Sales Manager at Kcom, said: “It’s important to us that we help our customers get the most from the services we provide. With so many options in the marketplace for resellers, it’s important we spend the time with our customers to show the difference our services can make. We also invest in our sales team so they have the right training to support our resellers, so that they can develop solutions to meet their own customers’ needs.”
