SpeechStorm Invited to Judge Prestigious Call Centre & Customer Service Industry Awards

Industry thought leader, Damian Kelly, takes seat as member of high-brow panel

Belfast, 14 April, 2014 - Leader in mobile and voice customer service, SpeechStorm (, will be represented on the judging panel of the European Call Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) by customer service industry ‘thought leader’ and SpeechStorm VP Product, Damian Kelly.

The annual UBM/ICMI European Call Centre & Customer Service Awards formally recognize professional excellence throughout the UK and Europe, and reward the best and most successful individuals, organizations, technologies and innovations in the contact centre and customer service industry.

Currently SpeechStorm’s VP Product and co-founder of the company, Kelly has had a 20-year consulting career in customer relationship management, business process management and the contact centre industry, delivering solutions for clients in telecoms, financial services and utilities. This wide ranging experience has given him a deep knowledge of the sector and makes him an ideal candidate to scrutinize, understand and evaluate the submissions made by the many players taking part.

Nick Davey, UBM / ICMI Program Director for the awards, said, “It’s great to have Damian judging the awards this year; he is clearly an exceptionally passionate, highly qualified and experienced professional in customer service and customer experience. I have every confidence that bringing his expertise to bear in our judging process will ensure we reach the right, impartial decisions about the many high-calibre entries we’ve received.”
