Palm introduces Palm OS based Treo 700
After all of the rumors have come out about the Palm Treo 700p. Palm finally got around today to announcing it. The Palm Treo 700p is the Palm OS based version of the previously announced Treo 700w that was Windows Mobile powered.
Many Treo 600/650 users were scared to switch over to the new Windows OS after using Palm for such long periods of time. The all-new Treo 700p offers EV-DO for highspeed connection, Built-in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint document viewer, PDF viewer, and includes 60MB of internal storage.
The Palm Treo 700 is powered by a Intel XScale 312MHz processor and includes Bluetooth, 1.3 Megapixel camera, SD/MMC Card slot, removable battery, and of course a full QWERTY keyboard.
