SpatialBuzz Wins Second Telecoms.com Best Customer Experience Management Award

Guildford, UK: 8 December 2014 – SpatialBuzz has been honoured for a second time at the Telecoms.com Awards as the winner of the CEM (Customer Experience Management) accolade, for the deployment of its innovative Live Check solution with Telefónica Germany. The Award recognises SpatialBuzz’s exceptional achievements in customer relationship management, and reinforces its position as one of the world’s fastest growing customer experience analytics and service monitoring specialists.
SpatialBuzz, a cloud-based CEM platform that empowers customers by providing visibility of real-time network capabilities, fought off fierce competition from some of the world’s biggest operators, vendors and service providers. SpatialBuzz enables customers to self serve for network issues and provides measured and perception-based feedback for operators. The platform derives critical operational insights by continuously monitoring activity across network touch-points, and also supplies internal departments with the CEM analytics systems required to rapidly resolve network issues.
Since deploying SpatialBuzz, Telefónica Germany has enhanced its customer service operations by reducing customer calls and massively improving its call resolution times. Michael Havas, Director Customer Service & Sales, Telefónica Germany, said: “Working with SpatialBuzz supports our own digital transformation and transparency initiative to build brand loyalty and increase customer satisfaction. The introduction of the SpatialBuzz solution has been incredibly beneficial for our customer service operations, delivering a significant reduction in customer calls while making major improvements in call resolution times.”
SpatialBuzz has produced a number of award-winning CEM solutions for Tier 1 mobile network operators. The Awards were held in London and the winners were chosen by a panel of eight independent judges from a diverse range of backgrounds, and with a collective wealth of experience within the telecoms industry.
“Winning this award acknowledges how transparency of the network can bring enormous benefits to operators around the globe,” said Andrew Blake, CTO of SpatialBuzz. “Our work with Telefónica Germany has proved that with the deployment of an advanced system like SpatialBuzz, and opening up network performance to the users, operators can retain existing customers and acquire new ones by boosting customer loyalty and at the same time make significant cost savings.”
