SpatialBuzz Wins Second Best Customer Experience Management Award

Guildford, UK: 8 December 2014 – SpatialBuzz has been honoured for a second time at the Awards as the winner of the CEM (Customer Experience Management) accolade, for the deployment of its innovative Live Check solution with Telefónica Germany. The Award recognises SpatialBuzz’s exceptional achievements in customer relationship management, and reinforces its position as one of the world’s fastest growing customer experience analytics and service monitoring specialists.
SpatialBuzz, a cloud-based CEM platform that empowers customers by providing visibility of real-time network capabilities, fought off fierce competition from some of the world’s biggest operators, vendors and service providers.
