Pago Payments joins Star Micronics with competitive and unique Windows mobile payments solution at RBTE 2017, Olympia, London on Stand 310

High Wycombe, UK, 4 May 2017
- Star Micronics announces that it will be joined by Pago Payments at RBTE, Olympia, London (8 - 9 May 2017) on Stand 310. Pago Payments will be demonstrating its simple yet secure payment solution for the retail, hospitality, leisure and tourism as well as the events industry. It is one of the few payment providers today to offer mobile payments on Windows and Apple iOS.

Pago Payments is a young and innovative company looking to disrupt the payment processing sector. With a fresh, fluent and forward thinking approach, Pago offers the payment processing speeds demanded by today’s dynamic retail environments for mobile, fixed, tablet and the e-commerce world alongside the highest levels of security and flexibility.

With the added advantage of highly competitive rates and a unique Windows mPOS integrated payment and API with certified ICMP and IPP350, retailers will be able to continue to use their Windows OS alongside their omni-channel strategies.

Providing a simple yet secure solution with transaction charges that are less than half the standard rate, Pago Payments’ solution is perfect for both independent retailers looking for a cost-effective payment solution as well as larger retailers that want to avoid set-up fees, authorisation fees, minimum monthly service charges, premium transaction charges, monthly fees, PCI compliance or non-compliance fees or, indeed, on-line account management fees.

Windows mPOS integrated payment allows service and sales industries to conduct financial transactions in place and can operate as a mobile or stand-alone device that is simply linked to a business’ bank account or it can be an integrated component of a large, legacy POS system.

Pago Central is a centralized API that controls all communication between front end applications to payments and to cloud services with seamless integration between EPOS and Windows based back end systems. All transactions are processed and managed through Pago’s own management and report dashboard while the open API allows for custom integrations and features.

David Carman, Co Founder of Pago Payments, says: “This is a great time for Pago Payments. We have so far successfully installed 6,000 payment systems. Working so closely with Star has enabled us to offer the most radical integrated payment solution with a printer manufacturer that offers the most innovative POS hardware solutions today.”

“We are delighted to partner with Pago Payments, a company that is revolutionizing the payments industry with its forward-thinking approach and cost effective, flexible solution that allows secure payments anywhere using Bluetooth payment devices”, adds Annette Tarlton, Marketing Director, Star Micronics EMEA.
