Etiya helps launch the brand new all-digital mobile and Internet provider Fizz

Amsterdam, Netherlands — January 17 2019, Etiya, the leading Independent Software Vendor providing comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Catalogue and AI-Driven B/OSS, as well as Customer and Social Media Analytics to Communications and Digital Service Providers, announced that it was selected by Fizz to help launch Canada’s first all-digital mobile and Internet services last Fall.

With its 100% digital mobile and Internet offer, Fizz gives its customers complete control over their fully customizable plans which they can manage online. It promises a first of its kind customer experience where subscribers have the opportunity to interact through the platform by adding each other as contacts, gift their data to any fellow Fizz member as well as give any perk they earn through the Fizz My Rewards program. And with data rollover, Fizz makes sure its members never lose their unused data — a first in the Canadian mobile industry.

Fizz’s 100% digital brand strategy was made possible through Etiya’s Artificial Intelligence-based Digital Service Platform that is built around advanced cloud compatible real-time architecture, offering experience, engagement, and enablement functionality layers.

Etiya’s omni-channel capabilities enable Fizz to offer a superior customer experience to its members by presenting them with the same interface, regardless of the platform they use to sign into their account (desktop, tablet or phone).

“This project is a great milestone for us,” said Aslan Dogan, CEO, and Co-Founder of Etiya, “as we had to implement the first end-to-end digital service platform, all the while having to compete with some of the world’s largest companies in this tender.”

“We initially selected Etiya based on its proven record for delivery, and its sophisticated AI platform. The relationship quickly evolved into a true partnership where our complementary expertise became the key to successfully develop and implement this ambitious project,” said Pierre Bonin, Chief Information Officer at Videotron.

Other partners of the Fizz project include i2i, Openet, Quortus, Invigo, Jinny/Enghouse.
