CTIA Wireless 2009, Las Vegas, NV, April 1, 2009--Good Technology, a leading global provider of mobility solutions formerly doing business as VISTO™, announced today that following VISTO’s recent acquisition of Good Technology (February 24 2009), the Company has successfully completed its integrated product plans and future deliverables, its organizational structure and management team, all culminating in the creation of a new, larger and broader market leader. The Company today also debuts Good Works™, Good’s new initiative to deliver on the possibilities of mobility in the business, government and consumer market segments.

In addition to Good Works, Good is also announcing Good for Enterprise and Good Mobile Control support for the iPhone.
Good for Enterprise 6.0 includes the new Good Mobile Control, Good Mobile Access and enhancements to Good Mobile Messaging. Offering device management and security through a unified, browser-based console, Good Mobile Control allows IT to monitor mobile devices at any time, from any location, including the iPhone and other devices based on Windows Mobile, Symbian Series 60, PalmOS platforms. In addition, Good Mobile Access provides a managed mobile virtual private network (VPN) service that gives employees secure, always-on access to corporate applications behind the firewall without requiring IT to invest time or money in proprietary SDK development.
