Mine stays on standby for about 3 days. I'm not entirely sure what the talk time is; usually the battery is pretty run down, so it's hard to calculate. When I first got it, I could leave it on standby for a lot longer, but the battery has worn down a lot over the last year or two.

Mine can stay idle for up to 8 days and talk time is about 4.5 days. Thats pretty good, but the battery is starting to get old so it wont do as well as it should.

I will never buy another Motorola phone again. I've had 3 of them in the past, and I always had to recharge mine all the time.

Nokia N70
I have the nokia N70
The battery life of the phone is the only thing that I find below excellent on this phone. The battery will usually last for less than a day while using the phone for about 2-3 hours, with Bluetooth on, sending about 5 texts and using the camera with flash on quite often. However, if the phone is hardly touched, with a few various calls now and then, it will usually last for a couple of days. |

Speaking of which, about how long is a phone battery supposed to last before replacing it. Are there any rules?
