Phone vs carrier
Do certain phones, like Motorolas, Nokias, etc. have different functions or work better with one carrier vs another?

I've only used Motorola with T-Mobile, and I've heard mixed reviews about other phones with T-Mobile an other phones with other carriers like Verizon, Nextel/Spring and Cingular.

Any thoughts?

I think it is all up to the carrier because I have had a bunch of different phones with different companies and it never mattered what phone I had it was which carrier I had.
