Exclamation mobile outlet UK

I have recently bought a SE k610i on orange network at the mobile network UK. They have some great deals there. But reading through the small print gives me shivers. terms and conditions 17.3 says ''you must use the provided sim card with the provided phone. if we recieve a non-usage report from the network you will be charged the full handset price'' basically means if you want to swap sim cards with your phones (which i would) ur going to be charged full handset price! also there is a long list of things which if u do, they wont pay the cashback.
they also want me to send originals (bills/dispatch note-which is the only legal document to prove i'm their customer) to them for my first cash back claim
I am worried these guys just make up an excuse for not paying my cashback. Has any1 been their customer. How easy is it to deal with these guys? Do they send the cash back easily? Please reply. Cheers..

I've always had good luck with them because their rules are pretty straightforward and customer service is good. Thing is on that phone, isn't it a part of a plan you're buying into when you get it?

Is it a monthly plan or a pre-paid plan? I know on pre-paid, you only have to make a call every six months to keep the SIM card activated. I take mine out all the time when I'm in the States for months on end.

thanks i'm on a monthly plan with orange. i got fed up with e3save attitude (after buying a few phones and recommending it to a lot of my friends) and wanted a independent seller so went for these guys.

Orange is very reputable, but I doubt you can get out of the contract ...that's why the give you a free phone! It's a trade off of sorts, but they're a good company.

never going to happen

just thought I would set you mind at ease. the is no way that the company will be able to find out if you have used the phone or not for 2 reasons.

Data protection act: Orange are legally not allowed to disclose any of you details, information or usage to anyone....and I mean no one!!!!

Worked for Orange: Orange do not do this having spend three and half years working for them there is no way they would do this anyway

Hope your mind is now at ease
