Take it back to the shop where you bought it, and they will replace it.

Next time think twice about buying a Moto.

I'm with Jimmer. If you're having charging and sim reading issues after only a month, request a replacement.

Cool

I would suggest dumping the razor. Its outdated and the menu system on motorola handsets suck big time !

You may find the shop trying to fob u off with a repair which normally entails sending it off.

And if they do agree to give you a replacement its normally one that someone else has sent back within 14 days, ie its never a new one straight from the box !

Get a good stable Nokia handset instead.

Best thing to do is replace it. Hopefully a new one will behave just a little bit better

I would first try removing the sim card and then reinserting it. Perhaps you have a bad connection somehow. If that doesn't work, try turning it all the way off and charging it up completely, then turning it back on. If you still have no luck, it's time for a visit to the sales office where you purchased it.
