Urgently Help Needed Please!!

I have nokia n93 and i was using it for nearly 2 months now but now i am getting error when i try to make any calls. It says " CALLS NOT ALLOWED " can someone tell me what could be the problem? does this phone need firmwire update?

I would be very glad if someone can help me with this.

It may do but before you book the handset into a nokia repair centre perform a factory reset under the security menu using the default code 12345.
Be sure to make back ups of all your saved data as this will clear it

I just tryed factory default settings but it's still the same. if i give it to nokia cervice centre will they do it for free the firmwire update?

A firmware update is provided free as long as your within the limited 2 yr warranty, which is applicable if your in the Uk. If your in another country then please check the small print in the warranty details or contact Nokia on its own web site which is nokia.com

Is there any chance your sim card jiggled loose? Are you seeing network status bars?
