phone confusion

hello all. at the moment i have a nokia 3310 and as you can imagine it's pretty rubbish. i've been putting off buying a new phone for ages 'cause my old one still worked until recently and also i find the whole thing a bit bewildering. so i was wondering if any phone experts might wanna help me out. i want a cheap phone (under 100 quid) with good text messaging capacity and a good music player ('cause i want to use it as a phone and an mp3 player in one). and also it should be quite thin and pocket-friendly. don't care about the rest. i found a great phone, the sony ericsson w300i, really liked the music features, BUT it was too fat. i don't want something that's gonna bulge in my pocket, if you see what i mean. anyway, it would be great if someone could help because i have no idea where to start. thanks!

best thing to do is log onto the following sites to see whats in your price bracket with the specs you want too.

Nokia - Nokia on the Web

Visit Virgin Mobile around the world

There are obviously many more to choose.

Carfone warehouse have some of the fones as 'try out' models so you can see what your getting.

hi, thanks for the links! i've actually decided to get an mp3 player separately now, so i'm just gonna go for a cheaper, simpler phone. thanks anyway!
