e900 problems

got my new e900 today from carphone warehouse online
not impressed
made one call and it was awful, the earpiece sounded tinny and not very clear anyone else noticed this.
also when i went in to the menu i noticed there was already a music video in the downloaded video section and a music track in the music section, could this phone have been used before.
on to the wallpapers. noticed there was a few of the chelsea football team, think maybe 2 or 3, are these on all the e 900s

these are the demo sounds and videos on your phone, to show you what the phone can do!

Cool

Yes they are demo's.

Youre right about the handset tho.

Awful quality on the speaker.

Mix of touch and hard press buttons is crap.
The quality of the touch buttons are no where near the quality of the choc fone.

The cancel button is too close to the other buttons and you will find yourself cancelling from where you are in the features to be returned to the main screen.

The loudspeaker is not much better.

Battery life is ok.

Screen is good.

The bloody thing whistles and beeps at everything even when you disable as much as you can.

memory is awful, thank god for a memory card slot.

The calendar features are useless.

The fone gets thumb prints from everywhere.

I too am disappointed in allowing myself to choose this as my second fone.
Im going to give it away to someone i know. free as I wouldnt be able to sleep if I made someone actually purchase this plastic wannabe handset, and buy another one more useful.

If you have just got it then go back to the carfone warehouse and choose another handset. They normally give you 2 weeks to change your mind and go for another handset.

Cool

The carfone warehouse normally has demo fones for you to tinker with before making a choice.

Truth be told their are not alot of new handsets to choose from.

The motorola z3 looks ok.

Its all down to what your goiing to want to use the fone for apart from making calls and texting.

Good luck,
