|
Camera problem with samsung a930
I recently purchased an a930 less than a month ago and already have a problem with it: The camera and video recorder do not load. It just says "Camera Loading" and than stops. I did put some mp3s on it via a USB cable so I don't know if thats part of the problem or not
Any Help?

Normally your kind of downloaded data wont affect your handset unless some kind of trojan virus was attached to the data.
Sometimes this also happens because of dust collecting in the connections or it may need a firmware update to get rid of the bugged feature. try a soft reboot by removing the battery and using a pressurised air duster can to try and remove dust. Replace the fully charged battery and see if it works. If not get it booked in for a firmware update and 'spring clean'. Good luck
