nokia 6111 texting issue?

Hey everyone i have a nokia 6111, that sends and recieves picture messaging, and receives text messages but can't send text messages. I've tried setting up the message center already and still nothing. When i try to send a text i get an error message saying Message sending failed. Sending not allowed. Anyone else have this kind of problem and was able to fix it? My texting works on other phones so its not a carrier problem. Any ideas? Thanks.

Assuming your on a contract or have enough payg credit to send texts,

It must be a setting that is causing this issue.

Many networks now can send these settings via a text message which you accept and activate.

Networks like www.virgin.mobile.com allow you to do this from their website.

Also Nokia on Nokia - Nokia on the Web allow you to send this to your fone too.

The type of issue you have is normally because the handset was on another network or purchased sim free
