Lg U4750

I have an LG U4750 flip phone, and I absolutely hate it. I have 2 different phones, with the same provider and one works fine. The LG is the one that stinks. I am constantly dropping calls, I don't get near the battery time that I should, and sometimes it won't even dial out (no bars at all). I have no idea why the Kyocera works wonderfully and this one doesn't work hardly at all. I am really tired of my mom calling me up and accusing me of dodging her calls, which I do when it actually rings. I missed 8 calls in one day because of this stupid phone. I didn't even know that someone had called until I got a VM alert. Any ideas on making the best of a bad situation, I still have a year on this contract. http://us.lge.com/products/model/detail/mobile%20phones_select%20by%20carrier_u.s.%20cellu lar_UX4750.jhtml

You can see the phone at that link.

I don't have many ideas other than going to the provider and explaining the problems you've been having. Perhaps they'd at least replace it? My husband had an LG flip phone which was awful, constantly dropped calls and had all sorts of problems. Then we both recently got new LG flip camera phones and they've been great. Just depends on the luck of the draw with this manufacturer I guess.

Is the camera phone a flip too? I am starting to think that the problem is the flip phone. I have had a regular size phone for quite awhile, and never had this problem. Yes it is constantly dropping calls, if one even gets through.
