giffgaff

MVNO giffgaff is launching a new hybrid tariff* which it claims offers the flexibility of a prepay deal but with the convenience of a contract.*

The MVNO already offers *'goodybags', a monthly bundle of minutes, text and data. From 20 June* giffgaff will offer recurring goodybags* which mean that the bundle is automatically renewed but a customer can cancel or change its package at any time.

The company said the idea was first suggested by one of the network*s customers and is the fourth most requested suggestion on its community website. New research commissioned by giffgaff revealed 94% of mobile customers want to see a better range of contract options from mobile networks.

I think they need to work on their reliability, had a giffgaff sim for two months and didn't have a week without it going off, on the first day I had it it went down for the full day!

They piggyback using o2 signal band but are responsible for their own service, honestly it's nothing like O2.. they have one set of servers so if they go down (which happened) then you have no service.

They aren't that cheap for no reason.
