Moto ROKR ringotone changes

I'm wondering if there is anyway of using the MP3's you put onto itunes on this phone as ringtones? Or even if there is a way of putting songs as ringtones if I put them on the phone in a different place? The ringtones they give you are shoddy and boring, I want a change!!

Talking I have this phone...

Hey,

I had the same problem as u at first. Then i realised that if you are putting the songs from your computer to your mobile phone through the data cable, dont use itunes to put them on. Just go to your songs on your computer and right click and go down to send to and then it will say something along the lines of 'removable disk E' and send the song there. Took me a while to figure it out but i got there. Hope i helped you.

Talking and...

i forgot to mention that when u have finished doing that, the songs that you have transfered should be in your sounds part of your mobile phone which is in your media centre.

You helped me too, as I've always wanted to do that. I've always wanted a song ringtone, but never knew how to do it.

Moto ROKR E1 and MP3 Ringtones

Hi as suggested i transfered the mp3 song to the mobile/audio folder and i am able to see the song in the sounds part of the media section on my phone.Infact the song plays over there perfectly but for some reason when make it as a ringtone..it sounds like a ordinary beep ringtone..

It would be great if somebody could explain this to me...

Thanks
