nokia lumia 710 problem

hi everyone

i just bought nokia lumia 710 and i also bought a silicon case.
Every time i make a call when the case is on, the other person hears an echo during the call.
When i took the case off the problem disappears.
Do you have any idea what is going on?

I have no Ideas for your problem because I have no face this type of problem in my phone. I think you should change your Silicon case and buy the another best case after then solve your problem.

i did that and the problem exists.i think it's a case problem because without the case the phone works perfect..i don;'t understand why the cases are not good even if they are suitable for nokia lumia 710..

You should change the case. I think you will get rid of your problem by changing your case.
Thanks

I had a friend that had the same issue or close to it, her was with every call regardless of cover or not and the way she resolvedwas turning down the phone below a volume level of 7. When she uses a headset she didn't have the problem. But I think it is a problem with all Nokia phones. We really haven't figured out the WHY but we figured out a way to fix it. I hope this helps you

I think you are right, this cases are not good even if they are suitable for Nokia Lumia 710 phone. Then you should go from eBay online store and buy the new suitable cases for Nokia Lumia 710.
