What are you talking about? Do you mean a camera flash? If it damages your phone, then the company probably won't include it in...

All cell phones have a programe "Flashed" onto their memory ROM. its a Read Only Memory (module) that is pre-programed in the factory or "Flashed" as it is known. you can get your phone reprogramed to the latest version of that program by "Flashing" the ROM with a new, updated version. But "flashing is very tricky as if for what ever reason, you loose power in the middle of "flashing" the ROM, you run the risk of stuffing the ROM for good. If you know there is a new version out and it will fix any probs with your phone, you can take it to a service dealer to flash it for you at a cost

not sure if i get ur picture, but what i believe the papers and things mean by flashing ur phone is like getting it out in public like flashing it about, the damaging it, im not sure but perhaps flashing cold lead to ur phone getting nicked?

Glad I read this thread cause I was wondering what it meant as well. I didn't know that this could be done, that's pretty cool.
