Newbie with new phone problem.
Hello everyone pleased to make your virtual aquaintance.
I have a very annoying problem with my new phone which is proving difficult to remedy and any pointers/help here would be much appreciated.
The phone in question is a Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-19300.I have had this phone for a couple of weeks now and when I set it up in sync with my Google mail account,it immediately transfered around 200 old e mail address,s from my pc.These are contacts that I would have only used once re e bay transactions etc.To edit/add/delete my phone contacts are dead easy, but, when I want to text a message all these contacts appear.I cannot find a way to delete them. The help line at Samsung is falling at the first fence and they simply hav'nt a clue how to solve this.
Any comments please ?
Im not a s3 user so can only surmise that the settings for your google mail account on the device needs to be looked at someway.
