Hi ohspecial1! In my opinion you should go for Sony Xperia. It has capacitive touchscreen, protection against scratches as it has Scratch-resistant glass, include features for WiFi hotspot, Android OS, v4.0.4 and much more. At present I believe that Samsung is ruling the market with it's huge variety of smartphones.So I must recommend that Galaxy Ace plus is going to be the best buy. But if any one is a Nokia freak then Nokia Asha 311 is a good phone to buy if you have a reasonable budget.

I have a Galaxy Ace and I like it a lot. Great touchscreen, good performance and everything an average user needs. But I think the Tipo is more powerful...
