Does the Samsung Galaxy phone have a full internet browser?

Has the Samsung Galaxy S3 smartphone got a full internet browser? Or does it only have a mobile Android internet browser version. I'm fully aware that the iPhone has a full internet browser but I'm unsure about the Samsung Galaxy S3 phone. I'm looking to buy the newer and more affordable mini Samsung Galaxy phone shown here: @ from my mobile operator. The reason why I included the exact link is because mobile phone specs can differ from mobile operator. I also think that the Nokia Lumia windows phones don't have a full IE 10 internet browser either.

Apart from screen size, I'd like to know the difference(s) between mini Samsung Galaxy S3 phone and the big Samsung Galaxy S3 phone. I notice that the manufacturer's website is country specific and it's not always possible to tell the differences from the spec sheets.

I'd welcome a reply to same.

Yes, Samsung Galaxy S III has full full internet browser and with that Samsung Galaxy S III sports a 4.8-inch screen which is very close to the 5-inch screen size of Samsung Galaxy Note and other phablets in the market. The Super AMOLED capacitive touch screen has a resolution of 720 x 1280 px and contains 16M colors.

Samsung full web browser query

Thanks for replying. And does the same apply to the mini Samsung Galaxy phone that I linked to above in my original post? In other words, does the mini Galaxy phone have a full web browser too? I may consider buying the mini as it's very affordable and offers good battery performance too.
