Missed calls and voice mail
I just have a quick question about voice mail.
Obviously when you call someone that doesn't have voice mail and they don't answer or you call someone and hang up before it can go to voice mail, they get a message on their phone saying "1 missed call" or something like that.
I was wondering whether that still happens if you call someone and then it rings to voice mail but you hang up before that tone actually sounds for you to start leaving a voice message. Or does it notify them to call their voice mail and there is just a blank message for them?
Hopefully i was clear
