Exclamation Samsung U600 crashing

i bought a u600 off me cousin about 2 weeks ago n its been fine up until now. whats started it to happen is when i started to use the music player it would stop the sound and freeze for abit n it got worse, then it would black screen and it got worse everthing i tried to go on videos, music, camere it crashed turning what was orange blue and the keys wont work. to make it work again i have to take the battery out and put it back it turn it on but then it will do the same. Today it got worse i send a SMS and then it crashed i need help please im begging!

It could be that some of the music downloaded is corrupted.

Might be worth deleting it all after backing your music up and starting again.

The handset also may need a software update to cure this bug.

thats what i was thinking so i deleted everything off my phone, but all my music is on my memory card i have more than 100 songs on it, so how do i know which ones are corrupted. the bad thing about samsung is they dont do an online software update ='[.

Maybe sometime in the future they will follow suite with Nokia and introduce this facility.

Obviously it could be the memory card at fault.

See if a mate has a card with music on it you can try to see if this is the case.

Or delete everything and start again

it got worse it just slide open n its a black screen.

use it as a paperweight , send it off to recycle or just throw it in the bin !!
