problem to send message

i buyed a new Musical N73 smart phone last week. but i have a very stickler problem with it.
i insert my sim card and turn on phone memory, but
i can not send text message with it ,because it has a error "Unable to send message"
I checked these items, but i have problem yet.

1- I choiced *#7370# for reset and restart my phone.
2- I Formated Memory Card.
3- I Deleted Message center Number and entry it again.

of course I test my sim card with 2 other phones and it didn't any problem and it send message.
also i test my new phone (N73) with 2 other sim cards , but it hasn't problem to send text message.
I veru confuse and i want help me

all your settings are confirmed as correct and your network has confirmed your account is set up ok I would suggest you get the fone software updated. Although as you say other sim cards work with your handset !

Check out Nokia - Nokia on the Web and follow the links for the updater.

Your fone may be supported their for you to update it yourself.

If not seek a Nokia supported engineer to do it for you.

This will be covered under the limited 2 yr warranty.
