Sony or Motorola for android phone?

I want to upgrade from my old Nokia 5800, to an Android phone. I dont want to spend too much though, I have some thoughts on the phones below:

Sony Xperia Miro: Sony Xperia miro ST23a Black 3G Unlocked Cell Phone -
Motorola XT532: Motorola XT532 Silver Unlocked Dual SIM GSM Android Cell Phone -

Which one should I consider in terms of durability and reviews? Or should I consider something different altogether? I've looked at Samsung but its way out of my range to spend on. Please note that I am not on some contract, I am on a prepaid sim, so ONLY unlocked phones.

when it comes to pick one between Sony and the other one . it's a must go to Sony as the brand... a well set not only to the phone making but almost all the segments it's in.. you may catch up with its phone reviews over the web for more supportive tips ..

I wasn't expecting to like the Sony Xperia Z that much, but now that I've gotten my hands on it for the past few weeks I have to say it's a great phone.

when compared with these two, I would definitely go on with a Sony phone only. Since you need an unlocked device, You can try for the best ones from Amazon or eBay. Network locked devices would be lesser in cost. You can get a network locked Sony Xperia Miro and unlock it yourself safer and easier using unlock code. You can get the unlock code for a Sony Xperia Miro from at affordable cost with easy unlocking guide. Good luck mate.
