How do I transfer data from my phone to a new micro SD cadd

I have a Nokia C2 - 01 which just has the basic memory and I have purchased a micro SD card with larger memory.
How do I transfer my existing data to the new card - I have a Nokia Data Transfer cable and a PC.

install a file application into your C2 and use it to copy the data into the new card.
