Question o2 Cocoon - Sync & Software

Having recently purchased an o2 Cocoon. I came accross one problem which had me dead in my tracks.

I can't seem to work out the PC Suite software to place files on the fone, for example; pictures and audio.

Though, using File Manager from the program files, I was able to see both the contents of the phone and the computer. (connected via. the "nest")

I was given error messages stating that there was not enough free space.

Any solutions or hints to solving these slight issues with this almost hand-crafted jewel, would be marvelous.

Thanks in advance.
