If you bought it recently you might be able to take it back, and they may repair it for you but they'll probably charge.

Bad luck dude

Sorry to hear about that. I don't know too much about the technical stuff but I would take it to were you bought it and see what they suggest. How was the phone otherwise? I hear those razors are nice little phones.

Did you get insurance? Especially for more expensive phones like that, the extra 3 bucks a month will pay off.

Whenever your phone is being damage, better bring it at the certified phone repair shop. Never open it and try fixing it using your own knowledge. You might even make it worse.

Well, I can't give you a suggestion for the screen except (like everyone else) take it in and see if they can repair it. In some cases, I have heard of people just being given new phones than having them repaired...you might get a freebie! As far as the scratches go, there is this protective coating that I found that can be applied to help with that. Go to theinvisibleshield.com. Best invest I ever made!

I didn't even know they had insurance for phones, although like most electronics, phones do have warranties. I'm just not sure if a warranty covers what happened with you...
