Motorola SLVR WEb Browser help needed

hi
today i got a new motorola SLVR, it has a web browser runction, but whe ever i try to connect it says "connectio unsucsesfull, try again later" and ive tried loads of times and i get the same response, and i always have signal when i try tpo connect.
can anyone help me out, or shall i go back to the shop i bouth it from and ask them (if the phone is faulty)

Do you have web enabled? If not, thats the problem. You need to call Cingular (I'm guessing), and enable it to go online.

how can i find the number to phone cingular?

try checking ur URL adress is spelt correctly or even if the URL is even typed in . Try going to different locations when conecting to try different reception levels.
One thing i have learnt, is that mobile phone shops can be very easily pursuaded into replacing a 'damaged/faulty' fones, if u make a good enough story
