Help Needed Big Time

Hey guys ! im new to this forum so soz if this has allready been posted but i need some help big time ....

two days ago i got the new samsung e370 and i have to say WOW wot a fone .... only one problem , and this is wen i need you the most !

i got a blue tooth adapter for my pc and obviously the samsung has blue tooth ... when i search for devises on each of these i get both of them come up (i.e i get the phone come up wen i search on the pc and visa versa) , the only problem is when i attempt to send a object (music or image ) to my phone it comes up with "connecting with remote device failed" ???? and wen i try to send an image or music from my fone to the p.c it cant seem to find it on my blue tooth list .......... wtf ? lol

so hopefully u can all see were im cummin from ? its startin to get realli fustrating and im startin to lose it with my fone , so some one out there PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me ! i need it big time (not mentaly ) lol

Did you connect it to your computer via the USB port?

yep ..........i got the blue tooth from the carphone wearhouse as it is the one that the salesman recomended..

You might want to check back with him about how it works.

if your phone came with a cd u might need to use that software to send stuff to your phone, i have a d500, i can send ringtones & images via bluetooth, but games have to be sent using the software, its a real pain

if your computer has a 'find me' option, try using that. I dont no if u already tried this, but if the layout is ne thing like most phones, its worth trying. Alternatively you could try the 'drag and drop' option onto your phone once connected to your pc via the usb cable
