Trium phone wouldn't work

I have aproble with my trium mars phone, When I switch it on, it comes on for a second or 2 and then goes out again. I have changed the battery, but the same thing happens again. Can some body please help me??.

Take it to your provider. I have no idea what the problem could be unless you describe to me what you did to the phone or anything else you know.

I think it might be a little bit of rough handling. Maybe I bumped it while jogging. Casue I normally keep it in my jogging bottoms while jogging. It was after jogging one day, that I got home. and discovered it's stopped working. Then I though maybe the battery needed charging. After charging it still didnt work. So i ordered a new battery, but nothing changed. Actually what happns is that when you switch it on, it comes on for a second then goes out again. I am more keen to get the phone numbers saved on the mobile more than anything esle. If I can find a way to do that i would be alright. ACn you help me??
