Trouble with SE K850i

Back in october, i got the k850i with contract (O2), which a couple of months later i cancelled, and i switched to pay as you go (O2).

A few days ago, one of the sensor buttons has gone, and other buttons on the keypad randomly sets my phone off scrolling through everything - ie, my phone is unusable.

I came here to ask:
1. anything i can do myself to "fix" it?
2. Can i go to O2 and get a refund etc? or a new phone? or get it sent off?

The handset will have a 12 month warranty with it.

Visit your 02 shop and they will send it off for you.

Dont be tempted to "do" anything with it yourself as this would void the warranty

really? simple as that. I dont think i have a recipt for the phone thoughstupid i know.

Did you register the handset with 02.

If you paid for the fone by credit card then you could use the card statement or bank statement if a debit card was used to prove the purchase.

If you still have the box this should also show the purchase from the info on the stickers on the side of it.
