Do Many Phones (a) Have Quicktime (b) Support 3gp

As a non-mobile expert, I am looking for some info as to which mobile phones can:

(1) Has Quicktime preinstalled
(2) Can play 3gp video files


I'm looking for an understanding as to how many can do this.

I.e answers could be:
"Quicktime comes on every mobile since 2005, and is more popular than flash"
"Quicktime never comes pre-installed but all mobiles can download it"
"3gp files can be used on any mobile since 2004"
"3gp can only be played on the i-Phone"
etc.
