SIM Card

Is Cingular the only provider that uses a SIM card or are there any other providers that use a SIM card?

I don't know about that in UK but here in the Philippines, all cellphone network providers are using SIM cards. You can change the network anytime you want just by changing the SIM card.

Yes i agree with you. Not only in Philippines, in every country all GSM cell phone network providers are using GSM Sim cards. Of course you can change the network anytime just by changing the Sim card. But the phone should be an unlocked one. If it is a locked phone you need to unlock it. Use unlock code to unlock your cell phone. Contact your network provider to get the code. If they failed to provide, you can get it from online providers. You should pay for the code to get that. Get the code from the site Unlock-Zone.com ,here you should also provide network provider to which your mobile is locked, country to which the locked network belongs to and IMEI number of your mobile. Unlock it by yourself using simple step by step unlocking instructions which is given in the site itself.,
