Yes i agree with you. Not only in Philippines, in every country all GSM cell phone network providers are using GSM Sim cards. Of course you can change the network anytime just by changing the Sim card. But the phone should be an unlocked one. If it is a locked phone you need to unlock it. Use unlock code to unlock your cell phone. Contact your network provider to get the code. If they failed to provide, you can get it from online providers. You should pay for the code to get that.
