Need Help amongst Nokia and blackberry

I want to buy a business-like looking phone. One with qwert keypad is also welcome.
I NEED ONE WITHOUT CAMERA .
Can anyone suggest me suitable models?
My budget is approx $200-$300 (Rupees 10000-15000 in INdia)
