Help transferring numbers

Hi all,

Hopefully someone can help me with this query. I want to transfer my numbers from my Sony Ericsson k800i to my new blackberry. They are stored on the phones internal memory. I can't just swap the sim cards because it's a different phone operator.

I have the numbers backed up on my computer using the Sony software, but how can I get them onto the blackberry? Will the blackberry software be able to talk to the sony software? I'm sure it's easy, but I'm not sure where to start.
