upload video to pc help

Hi everyone,this is my first post and you'll soon see my knowledge of phones/pc s is pretty basic,but I'm keen to learn!
I've just got a samsung z140-I've mastered how to upload photos to my pc but can't seem to upload a video and get it to play on my pc! I mean,I can upload it but when I try to play it with realplayer ,it just keeps saying it won't play because "Realplayer engine is busy with another function"! I've no idea why it says this-I'd be very grateful if anyone could help ??

Well the first thing I would do is try to play it with Windows Media Player instead. It may just be that RealPlayer doesn't like the movie.

I've tried that ,thanks but it just says windows media player can't play it because of a file extension (or something)?

What is the file extension of the movie? Is it .rm? If so download a new version of real player or even do a google for real alternative. All my movies play in this.

You should have a cord that came with your phone, im guessing it would be a usb port. Just plug it into your computer and your computer should recognize it as new hardware.
