Samsung d500 HELP!
Hi guys,

I recieved a data usb cable for my phone (samsung d500) today i installed some software that was directed off the samsung site called "Pc studio version 2.0" but i have a problem i just cant seem to get my phone statues to online its offline ...i have been through the new device wizard through windows but it says it cannot find necessarily drivers but maybe i need some usb driver first i have read about that but where can i get this "usb driver" from or basicly how can i friggin get my phone statues to online ... or has anyone got and alternative programs that actually is good and easy to use please help

Did you get a CD with the USB connection kit? If not, you have to get one because you have to install the USB hardware.

Nah Mate i didnt get a usb software...is there a download for it? or somewhere of where i can download the usb software...or do i need to buy it from a shop

I suppose you could check online for it (sorry i would look for you but I gotta run). If you can't find anything online, call the company which made your phone, you defiently need some sort of installation diskette which will allow data to be read and transmitted between your computer and phone.
