![]() Sorry i cant say that ive heard of them. Be safe and google to check them out and see if their are buyer's comments on their site. Never send cash or pay by cheque or use a debit card. Use a credit card as most now cover you legally if something goes wrong. If the price sounds too good to be true then follow your gut feelings and be wary !

Celcoms Ltd - scam company! To buy something cheap - isn't everybody's dream? Well, I'm one of those people. One day, I was looking for a motorcycle GPS device. First choice was Garmin Zumo 550 which is known as the best. So, I went on Alibaba.com - The world's largest online B2B marketplace. trading site to check what they offer. For those who do not know, alibaba is well known as a place where lot of scam companies is operating. Therefore I was careful and prepared for many scam company's offers. I found an offer that came from Europe, UK, and I decide to accept. It looked much better than fraud companies from China, Malaysia, Taiwan, Tailand, Hong Kong etc. After all, this is UK, a part of EU and some rules should be working. But I was wrong, very wrong. We started with negotiations and after few E-mails I sent them 740$ total (there were two transactions). I paid 70$ for Western Union fee. I never received things I paid for. So, Celcoms Ltd is a scam company. They sell electronics.
