Replacement for P900i...?

Hi everybody, I found you all by accident but it seems like a fun place so I'll stay awhile. IF you're wondering....The nickname is because I like big bikes and currently ride a BMW K1200GT

I was looking to find a replacement for my SonyEricsson P900i and bluetooth headset (SonyEricsson Alkono 660)

Now there's 1 feature that I must have on my next mobile/headset combination and that is that the voice recognition and dialling work through the headset, by this I mean that when I get a call, and provided I've entered the persons name verbally into the phone I get the persons name through the earpiece before I answer... or decide not to take the call.
Why do I need this? i'm a driver/chauffeur for a very elite bank and if I'm driving top management or VIP customers I can't talk to friends about football or tell my wife what i want for dinner

My local mobile shops have the product knowledge of a retarded frog and I'm tired of trying out different sets in the hope they might have the feature I need.
If anybody can help and knows of a set with what I want they would be helping me spend some of my employers lovely money!

My P900i is 2 years old and I'm surprised this feature is so hard to find.

BTW: I got my first "mobile" in 1988 so I'm hoping I can stick around and advise on some things.
