That depends on what you are looking for from your phone.
Personaly i would go for the Nokia N96 or the N95 8GB because of the WiFi, GPS and Symbian OS It depends what you like though, The Samsung is touch-screen and is slimmer (i think) and will probably sell less units so will be more exclusive but it is still a very popular model. top ten selling phones at the moment from compare-mobile.com are 1. tocco responds quicker and you can get some decent sized memory cards to have decent storage too.
i have the tocco and i prefer ti to the n95
