Are Samsung phones good music players?

I am considering getting a Samsung, possibly the Tocco as my next phone. I have never had a samsung before, have only had Nokia's and Sony's but since I cant find any ones of those that I want in my price range I might go for the tocco. So my question is, are Samsung phones, particularly the tocco good music phones? Is the quuality of music good and is the interface easy to use?

History shows Samsung were king in the field of 'slider' fones and Sony Ericson were king in the walkman specs field.

Now manufacturers have caught up with each other in most fields !

The tocco is ok for music although the touch screen does take some getting used to.

Im none too keen on the samsungs menu system too.

I currently have a Samsung tocco and while the music is not bad the battery is rubbish. I don’t think that the music is good enough to warrant buying this one over certain others. It’s the fourth Samsung mobile phone that I’ve had and each time I have had a problem with the battery. Every time I tell my self that I wont be swayed by the appearance of the phone and each time I give. I’ve read lots of blogs and
]mobile reviews speaking about this very problem so I don’t think its just me.[/color]
I’ve read some good reviews on the nokia 5700 but maybe its out of your price range, you didn’ mention how much you were willing to spend

Have never tried the Samsung phones too but as I see many people insist me for having one. I have always believed to get the maximum value for money and to get all the features in the proper manner no one comes as close to Nokia. Ericsson phones on the other hand are great as music players but their battery life sucks. I would recommend you go and ask several people before you decide to invest on the tocco. If cons weigh more than the pros then you know what to do.

The latest models are boasting a nice music player. However, it is not better that what Nokia is releasing these days.

If you are looking for Music then Sony Ericosson is the king in this field.
